The Wallingford Elks Lodge #1365 has stood at 148 S Main St for over a hundred years, and the building still carries that weight in the best possible way. Walk through the doors and you notice it immediately: the craftsmanship in the woodwork, the banquet hall that has hosted generations of Wallingford families, and the kind of easy hospitality that only comes from a place that has been doing this a very long time.

The Lodge earned a 4.8-star rating across 57 reviews, and the praise is consistent. Guests rave about the Chicken Marsala, the warmth of the staff, and the sheer beauty of the facility. This is where the community gathers to honor its own, from Citizen of the Year celebrations like the one held for TriCircle founder Ana Gopoian to private milestones that deserve a room with real character.

Elks Lodge #1365 is a chapter of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, one of America's oldest and most respected fraternal organizations. Membership opens the door to a national network of brotherhood, local charitable work, and a calendar packed with events that give back to Wallingford and the surrounding Connecticut communities.

What We Offer

The Lodge offers far more than a membership card. The banquet and event facilities can accommodate everything from intimate award dinners to large community celebrations, and the in-house kitchen turns out food that guests genuinely talk about afterward. The weekend staff brings both skill and personality to the floor, so expect attentive service with a side of good humor.

Beyond dining, members gain access to regular social events, lodge programming, youth initiatives, and the charitable outreach that defines the Elks mission nationwide. The Lodge also opens its doors to the broader Wallingford community for ticketed events and private venue rentals, making it one of the most versatile gathering spaces on South Main Street.

If you are considering membership, the path is straightforward. Prospective members connect with a current Elk, complete a brief application, and join a fraternity that has been serving American communities since 1868. Lodge #1365 carries that tradition with pride and a very good kitchen.

"I have to give The Elks Lodge 5 stars, I work here on the weekends 😄😄😄. With that being said, know that you will get a bang for your bucks. The customer service is great along with the sarcasm, so you've been warned, don't dish out what you can't take. We keep it light, simple, fun, and always interesting. $3 Sundays with a live band - Check the mirror for drink specials. Let's not forget James in the kitchen. Moody, but the food is always on point. Please be patient all meals are made to order. You won't be disappointed!"

"Great time today celebrating my Birthday, but it was very noisy. It was our first time back after covid and there were many new faces, I guess will have to adjust to the higher decibel levels."

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
